About the project
What Borosil does
The Borosil app supports customer service for a brand that positions itself as a one-stop solution in the field of construction. It gives service staff a single place to manage product complaints. After logging in, each user sees the complaints assigned to them, complete product details, and the action taken, helping the team respond to customers in an organized way.
Karma Technolabs handled the UI/UX design and development of the app with Flutter, and published it on Google Play for Android. The interface was kept simple for people working in the field: a clear complaint list, product information on one screen, and a quick way to update the action taken. This keeps complaint records current and visible without paperwork.
