About the project
What Leader Service does
Leader Service is a productivity app for after-sales service teams. Once users log in, they see the complaints assigned to them, complete details of each product, and the action already taken on every complaint. Instead of tracking service requests on paper or in scattered messages, staff have one place to review their work and keep every customer issue moving toward resolution.
Karma Technolabs built Leader Service with Flutter on the front end and Node.js on the backend, and published it on Google Play for Android. The app follows a short, practical workflow designed for people working away from a desk: log in, open the assigned complaint, review the product, and record the action. A simple interface keeps updates quick and reduces training time for new users.
