Trident Realty is a real estate developer with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Panipat. Trident Realty Amigo is the CRM built for its internal teams to manage bookings and inventory. It gives staff a single place to check available units, reserve them for buyers, handle daily leads, and review sales performance.
Karma Technolabs delivered the CRM as a cross-platform mobile app for Android and iOS, alongside web development for the business. The system connects with partner systems to streamline operations, so inventory, bookings, and leads stay consistent across teams. Sales reports can be filtered by daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date ranges, giving managers a clear view of progress.
