What HrmsX does
HrmsX is a workforce management app that helps businesses manage their people, attendance, and daily work activities from one place. It offers separate experiences for companies and employees. Managers add staff, set attendance policies, and monitor workday activity, while employees check in, take breaks, check out, and view their own records. It suits both office teams and field staff who travel during the day.
Karma Technolabs designed and developed HrmsX with Flutter for the mobile app, a Node.js REST API, MongoDB, and cloud-based image storage for attendance photos. A key engineering focus was configurability: each company can switch on selfie verification, odometer verification, live location tracking, and travel mode to match its own office or field-work rules. The system was built for scalability, reliability, and ease of use.

Selfie and odometer image verification can be enabled to provide additional attendance evidence during check-in and check-out.
Live Location Tracking
When enabled by company policy, employee locations are tracked during working hours to improve visibility of field activity.
Workday Reports and History
Companies and employees view workday reports, working duration, and past attendance records for a clear overview of activity.
