What Shortcut: Instant chat does
Shortcut: Instant Chat is a utility app for anyone who needs to message a number they do not want to save, such as a delivery partner, a customer, or a one-time contact. Users enter a phone number or ID, type a message, and tap send. It removes the extra steps of adding and later deleting contacts, keeping the phone’s address book clean.
Karma Technolabs built Shortcut with Flutter for Android and iOS, using official deep links and native Android intents to open conversations in WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Viber, and Snapchat. The UI/UX focus was speed: a minimal screen built from custom widgets that puts input and action first. A lightweight build keeps load times quick on a broad range of devices.
